The book mentioned in episode 1 of the Vlog is "At The End Of The Line" by George Barron. It's a great read full of tips and thoughts on dressing loch style wet flies. George has filled the book with both traditional and modern variations of common wets as well as some newer patterns you may not be familiar with. His thoughts on material selection and fly behaviour are interesting and well worth thinking about whether you're a beginner or a more advanced fly tyer. The other thing that really rounds of the book are the stories he's included making this book more than just a pattern list, but an entertaining fishing book too. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone interested in tying traditional wet flies.
