Tying an Offshore Banger

The offshore version of Bob Popovics' banger fly is a fantastic option for sailfish and marilin in larger sizes. It is also very effective for mahi mahi and other pelagics when tied in smaller sizes. Materials list
Tube: 3mm inner diameter plastic + optional silicon junction tube
Head: HD foam cylinder 1/2" - 1" diameter
Flash: Decorators tape
Eyes: 12mm prismatic tape eye
Body: Saddle hackle
Adhesive: Epoxy (5-10 min)
