Materials list
Hook: TMC 2487 or similar size 16-28
Thread: Uni 8/0 (olive, tan,brown, burgundy and rusty dun are good options)
Tail/wing case: Wood duck flank, or mallard dyed wood duck
Abdomen: Thread
Thorax: Superfine dubbing or similar
